General description

Rinser

The bottle enters the rinsing part of the three-in-one machine through the air conveyor. The gripper installed on the rotary disk catches the bottle and turns it over 180 degrees and makes the bottleneck face ground. In the special rinsing area, the nozzle on the gripper sprays juice to rinse the bottle inwall. After rinsing and draining, the bottle turns over 180 degrees along the guide rail and makes the bottleneck faces the sky. Then rinsed bottle is transferred to the filling part by poking the bottle starwheel. The bottle that enters into the filler is held by a neck holding plate. The filling valve acted by the cam can realize up and down. It adopts a pressure-filling way. The filling valve opens and begins filling when it moves down and touches the bottleneck, the filling valve moves up and leaves the bottleneck when it finishes filling, the full bottle is transferred to the capping part through the hold neck transition poking wheel. The stop screwing knife holds the bottleneck and keeps the bottle upright not rotating. The screw capping head keeps in revolution and autorotation. It can finish a whole capping course including catching, pressing, screwing, and discharging through the action of the cam. The full bottle is transferred to the bottle outlet conveyor to the next process through the starwheel. The whole machine is enclosed with windows, the height of the enclosed window is higher than the peak of the 3-in-1 machine, in the bottom of the enclosed window has a return air outlet.

                   

Filler

This part is mainly used for filling juice after finishing the bottle rinse.

The filling machine is introduced by German technology and uses the normal pressure fill principle to design and produce.

It adopts a normal pressure mechanism valve, makes filling with high speed and high precision of liquid level. Double leading bars elevator structure to make the bottle up and stable.

The main drive transmission adopts a gear transmission that is an opening combination drive, with high efficiency, low noise, long life, easy maintenance, full lubrication, use of transducer control the main drive motor speed, this machine is non-degree conversion frequency speed control.

Bottle guiding system, the structure is simple, it can quickly and easily change according to different bottle volumes, this whole machine transported by clipping bottleneck method.

PLC is controlled by itself, fault display online, e.g. bottle block or non-cap, etc.

In the filling tank, the product material control itself, and the liquid level height adopts a liquid level sensor to test and make sure stable liquid level and reliable filling.

Capper

The capping part finishes the work to cap the bottles after filling by cap elevator, and the cap is conveyed to the following procedure by conveyor chain.

The capping machine rotates through a reduction box drive rotational wheel, to make the cap leave the hopper with the function of centrifugal force. There is a separation device for the right cap and the wrong cap at the exit, when the wrong cap passes, the cap automatically falls into and returns to the pipeline, and blows the wrong cap automatically to the hopper through wind power. Only the right cap could enter into skids smoothly, the volume of the cap inside of hopper will be automatically inspected by the electric switch to control cap conveyor, and that ensures the best effect of cap down. When the right cap enters into the slideway, it could smoothly enter into the cap feed plate, to prevent accidents, there is an anti-wrong cap drive plate device to match with the slideway, to ensure that the access to the cap feed plate is correct. The slideway is also equipped with a pair of photoelectric switches, when testing no cap, then an immediate halt to the host. In order to effectively remove non-anti-theft ring bad caps and clean up additional caps in the hopper, there is an active exit in front of the hopper exit that can meet this function.
